The Details:
Just a quick note of thanks for maintaining the I/T support team. Reached out to I/T Support to report issues with my desktop crashing all morning. Received a call from Delvin Bynum and he set up a screen connect. Sincerely, it was amazing how quickly he was able to diagnose the problem and reconfigure the software accordingly, all while explaining what he was doing! Can’t imagine how I would have resolved the problem (and I tried for a couple hours) without Delvin’s help!
