What is it?
Make An Offer Weekend is a company-wide Seasonal Open House Sale aimed to attract more buyers!
Homes offering a price reduction of 5% or more AND hosting an open house during the event will be included in the promotion.
This reduction will appeal to new buyers who may not have been considering a home purchase before but see the value in this opportunity.
Next Event Dates:
May 31-June 2, 2024
September 6-8, 2024
How can I include my listing?
STEP 1: Have your seller sign the event waiver agreeing to a 5%+ price reduction AND agree to hold an open house on at least one of the event dates. Properties with previously reduced prices will be eligible as long as the reduction occurred within 14 days of the event start.
STEP 2: Process the price change as you normally would – submitting the signed waiver in Dotloop and update MLS accordingly.
STEP 3: Submit the form below.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I convince a seller to participate?
Good question. Please check out the Convince My Seller section a bit further up on this page for some tips and tricks!
Why would I reduce the price so far out? Can't I just change the price the day of the open house?
Unfortunately, you cannot change the price the same day as the open house. The premise behind Make An Offer Weekend is to take advantage of the promotion and marketing. We need some time to get your listing onto the landing page and incorporated into the different media channels.
Why are there two deadlines?
We’ll be pushing out communications for the event to the general public the week before Make An Offer Weekend, and we’ll need the time to create those posts and ads, as well as the time to run them. We’d love to include some of the properties that will be featured in the event, but to do so we’ll need that info EARLY. So – there are two deadlines!
If you submit your listing by the first deadline, it’s possible that it could be included in the initial round of advertising and communications for the event. If you miss it, don’t worry! Just make sure you submit all the details prior to the second deadline. Submitting information before the second deadline means the listing will be featured on the event webpage, and be included in the social media posts featuring the open houses held during the official Make An Offer Weekend dates.
What if the property goes under contract?
Can I increase the price after the open house if the home doesn't sell?
