The information listed in your profile in KvCORE is extremely important! It controls your contact information on your agent website, marketing materials, and more.
The good news? We’ve got a sync in place from BHHS REsource Center that will help you keep things up-to-date and reduce the need for updating many systems when a change needs to be made.
What Syncs
Almost everything! Less entering and editing for you means more time to spend on what’s important.
How Often?
The sync runs constantly throughout the day. Changes made in REsource Center appear in KvCORE, on average, within 10-15 minutes.
How’s It Work?
Synced fields will be locked from editing within KvCORE. If changes need to be made, make them in REsource Center and it will update in KvCORE within 10-15 minutes.

What About My Bio?
Your bio will sync from BHHS Resource Center to kvCORE only one time, at initial account setup. The agent bio field in REsource Center is restricted on the number of characters allowed, and feedback from our network’s agents indicated they wanted more space available for their bio on their agent websites.
For that reason, your bio will sync one time and then is editable within kvCORE from then on so that you have the ability to enhance the content as you’d like without it being overwritten in the future.
Adding An Email Signature
While you can certainly add an email signature by simply typing in your information, our recommendation is that you take advantage of the great marketing tools already made available to you in MADI!
MADI has some great email signature options available to you. Configure one with the information you’d like to include, and then click ‘Share.’ Then you’ll click the ‘HTML CODE’ tab and click the ‘Copy’ button. Switch back to KvCORE and your profile settings, click ‘Edit’, and scroll down to the email signature section. Click the ‘<>” button in the editor and paste the code you received from MADI. Click ‘Save’ to exit the code window, and then ‘Save’ again to save the changes to your profile, and you’re all set! You should now see a preview of your email signature.
