I wanted to take a moment to recognize Veronica for being an exemplary leader during these unprecedented times. Veronica quickly adapted by utilizing the virtual platform of Google Meet to keep the office engaged and motivated. Veronica provided the team with resources and assisted us in creating a work from home routine that proved to be successful when applied. Veronica’s consistent communication of encouragement and guidance was a key factor to my personal business/success. I truly appreciated the time she took to coordinate the virtual trainings and the Cinco de Mayo celebration was exactly what we needed to keep the team connected. The Details:
I want to personally say thank you and acknowledge the efforts of Tiffany Gonzalez. Tiffany has gone above and beyond to handle a variety of different technical difficulties that several of my new agents have been having. I want to point out that these difficulties are typical when transitioning from one real estate brokerage to another. This being said when an agent is very active and systems are not operational, they tend to have a heightened level of anxiety. Tiffany has gone well out of her way making herself available at night and on weekends to tend to the needs of these agents. Tiffany’s exceptional effort has gone a long way in reducing my stress level, blood pressure and hair loss. Thank you Tiffany!

The Details:
Just a quick note of thanks for maintaining the I/T support team. Reached out to I/T Support to report issues with my desktop crashing all morning. Received a call from Delvin Bynum and he set up a screen connect. Sincerely, it was amazing how quickly he was able to diagnose the problem and reconfigure the software accordingly, all while explaining what he was doing! Can’t imagine how I would have resolved the problem (and I tried for a couple hours) without Delvin’s help!

I’m so incredibly PROUD to work for Casey. She makes sure everyone in her life (personal & professional) is taken care of. No matter how incredibly busy she is, she makes sure everyone is happy, informed, and feeling appreciated. I often refer to her as SUPERWOMAN! Casey is always available to agents, staff, & consumers for literally any question. My all time favorite thing about Casey, is she’s not too proud to get her hands dirty. As a member of the marketing team, we often find ourselves doing odd tasks (like stuffing 2000 bags for our agents lol) and she jumps right in and is always willing to help. There’s no playbook for what we are navigating is an understatement but through the uncertainties of the last week so many of our agents and our staff have been some of the most incredible humans. Kim is the epitome of team work. She is always the first one to ask if someone needs help with anything. She is someone who you can always count on and trust completely. Last fall, I had the audacity to book a vacation and of course that is when my buyers that I had been working with for months decided to come into town and make a decision about a home. Kim stepped up and gave them first rate service while I was gone and never took any credit for it. She went above and beyond with these picky buyers and by the time they chose a home, they were singing her praises. Kim is not just a great team member, but also an amazing friend. She makes our office a better place.

Anthony actually should be under 2 categories, both Excellence and Teamwork! Since becoming the Asst Market President in the Spring Hill/Brooksville office he has gone OVER & ABOVE for this office. Anthony worked nights and weekends to help us move to our new location. He always has time for each and every agent that reaches out to him.
