The Details:
Monica Smith is such an amazing leader and exhibits teamwork in all that she does. She effortlessly and consistently lifts everyone up and encourages everyone on her team. She challenges others because she challenges herself. She inspires her team and collaborates in their successes. Monica is an inspirational leader who is always ready to listen, available to coach and does whatever it takes to help others in their success. I thoroughly enjoy working with Monica, being inspired by her and am so proud to be on her team.
