The Details:
I am nominating Seleka Kerr for this award! Not only is she super helpful when it comes to anything real estate but this lady knows her New Construction. I kid you not, she could probably teach a class! I have learned so much about New Construction from Seleka! I remember riding down the street with her and she could name the builder of any home just by looking at it ! People at New Construction sites know her by name! As we drove by some of these sites, should could tell me all the pros and cons of each builder by site alone!
The best part is, she truly loves working with builders. The way her eyes light up when she is talking about new construction is inspiring. I truly believe if she wanted to, she could probably draw up her own plans to a home itself!
Seleka is so incredibly helpful, she never acts like she is too busy to help anyone. Seleka inspires me, she has made me grow to love new construction as well. I have learned so much from her and look forward to learning more, she has helped me be a better agent just by knowing her. I truly see her as a mentor to me and others.
Seleka loves what she does and it rubs off on others! Thank you for everything Seleka!
