I have always said I’m Blessed to have 2 Fairy God-Mothers in my real estate career – Lorna Short is one of them! Lorna has been teaching a CORE class on Wed. mornings at the Countryside office for a very long-time. It was my beginnings in this class when I initially learned ‘what to say’ and ‘how to say it’ that forged my shield of confidence to take those first few listings. I began to emulate her brazen courage and tenacity (her energy is so infectious!!). I continue to aspire to hone my sales skills to go after the business I want because of her influence. I still don’t have the valor she possesses as I hear her effortlessly pound out her follow up calls to FSBOs and whoever will answer their phone! She’s a true go-getter and shares so freely all the expertise, sales skills, scripts, and polished behaviors that have taken her decades of lessons learned to achieve! Lorna is a rising tide that lifts all the ships around her!
