The Details:
Finding one category to put Jessica in was not easy. She fits the mold of every category for this award but if I had to choose one, I would say Jessica’s integrity stands out the most. If you have the opportunity work with her you would know what I am talking about. She is very tentative and works great collectively with others. When seeking information or answers on an issue, Jessica is always there to go above and beyond to ensure everything is fully understood.
Since I have signed on with BHHSFLPG, each and every interaction with Jessica has been nothing but enjoyable. Whether it’s over the phone, email or text, you can tell Jessica wants to do her job to the best of her ability while also making everyone around her successful. Jessica always seems to have the answers, but when she doesn’t she will work hard to find the answer and always get back to you.
Jessica is always focused on the situation that is being discussed and is excellent at resolving issues. When dealing with Jessica you will never feel rushed or as if she is too busy to help. She is always willing to spend the extra time when guiding someone through an issue. When she says she will get back to you, she keeps that promise. Jessica always has something encouraging and positive to say during a discussion and task. Jessicas’s integrity allows her to thrive in her position and it is very evident that her success directly translates to her coworkers success.
