The Details:
I have a great Team of Property Managers. I wish I could nominate each and everyone of them for a variety of reasons however, my nominee this time is Fonda. The extreme patience, understanding and effort she displayed trying to please a new tenant was truly “grace under fire”. This situation was all kinds of difficult. Yet Fonda owned her part of the issue and really stepped forward to do the right thing. I believe she went above and beyond to help make this tenant comfortable. Fonda is always the first to offer help, gracious in her words and willing to learn and grow from every experience. I was so proud of the way she handled herself and I want her to know her efforts been noticed and appreciated. Well Done Fonda. I am so happy you are part of my Team!
