The Details:
Donnie is always looking for ways to get better, and ways to grow. He is seemingly unaffected by circumstances or even his own sales results which keeps his focus on adding value to the market. His love for what he does and where he lives is obvious in his marketing. I have watched the quality of his content increase at a rapid pace and represents the company and himself very well. I think he is also a shining example to other agents and new agents to the company on how to grow from the beginning and do it in a way that is always positive and adds value to others. That being said, those same actions also show the high level of Teamwork, Integrity, and excellence that Donnie has for himself and his clients.
