This is a strategic Marketing Campaign built for Agents to use to target the moving-in markets/out-of-state residents. You will find ways to implement and use all marketing collateral that was created for this campaign.

Please reference the resources and creation of the moving-in markets campaign here. *You will need to read through that before understanding these elements*

Here are the steps to take to utilize the marketing collateral for the campaign. I would run this campaign for roughly 6 months.

  1. Review the infographic and decide on what market you want to target. This primarily comes in the form of age group and geographic location, but you can kick it up a notch by targeting specific job industries as well. (E.g., retirees from New Jersey). This infographic will also help you identify things in Tampa Bay and Central Florida that you can market to out-of-state residents.
  2. Create postcards in MADI and print using Real Mailers (remember, this option is available in MADI for you). Send your postcards to the geographic location you are targeting.
    1. It is up to you to decide how many homes you’ll send it to and what your budget will be,
    2. Send 1 postcard every month or every 2 months.
    3. There are different variations of postcards – choose a different one each time
  3. Create a landing page through kvCORE that directs the consumer to a City Guide. The landing page will obtain the lead’s name and contact info, and then give them a city guide. Click here for a short and simple tutorial video.
    1. You can make the hashtag on the landing page #movinginmarket or #cityguide. When you receive leads coming in, the hashtag you selected will tell you where the lead is coming from.
    2. The landing page can be posted on Facebook and then lead contacts come into your kvCORE! 
    3. You can also run the landing page as an advertisement on Facebook or Instagram, depending on your campaign budget.
  4. When you receive leads in your kvCORE associated with that landing page/hashtag, you can start sending emails to them! There are 4 email templates in kvCORE designed to send to out-of-state residents who are looking at moving to the Tampa Bay and Central Florida area. 
    1. go into kvCORE → All contacts → Click on the contact(s) you want to send the email to, and press the email button at the top of the contacts page.
    2. From here, you’ll search in the Templates bar, “Out of State”. There are 4 email templates for you to send in order.

  5. Create a TV ad using Chalk Digital. You can find Chalk Digital in REsource Center. Did you know you can run a video ad on Hulu for only $50? And, you can choose WHO you are sending the ad to – so target your selected target market!
    1. Make your advertisement video geared toward those out-of-staters and why they should move to Florida! Use your expertise as a trusted real estate advisor throughout the video.

  6. Utilize all of the Moving-in Markets designs in MADI to post on your social media throughout the duration of the campaign! You can boost a post, or run an advertisement on Facebook or Instagram as well.
