Melissa always goes above and beyond in her quiet, get it done, way. She anticipates what needs to be done, communicates as needed to insure the office is running smoothly. She shares her insights with staff to be sure our agents are happy and getting the attention they need. Melissa often works late if she’s busy, keeps us organized, and get’s along with everyone.
