Lorna Short – from the Countryside Office is definitely a cheer leader to the new agent group. Every Wednesday at 8:30 she teaches new agents and some not so new agents how to become great agents. Lorna takes it upon herself to provide exceptional support, teaches how to find and keep business. She discerns quickly individual needs of the group and moves efficiently to provide key information, recommendations, or direction. Lorna is a go getter with outstanding sales techniques to help us win business while always talking care of the customer and aligning our CORE values. She lays out the roadmap for success.
