The Details:
Taylor has always been extremely helpful and kind, and although I am based in the Countryside office, I frequently work in the Belleair area and pop into that office to print and use the space. Last week I was working with clients buying a home in the Clearwater, Palm Harbor and Oldsmar area. About two hours before our showings, they changed criteria and wanted to see homes in Largo and Seminole. I live closer to the Belleair office and contacted Taylor to let her know that I would be stopping in to print showing materials and that I was on a tight schedule – she offered to have me email her what I needed so that she could print and have it waiting for me! This may seem like a small gesture but it was truly an act of teamwork and kindness because had she not offered to do this, I would have been late to my appointments. While it was the client’s change of agenda that prompted these events, Taylor helped me to provide seamless, excellent customer service and she allowed me to focus on selling homes and get us under contract that day! Our office administrators are the BEST and should be recognized every day but I wanted to acknowledge Taylor for going above and beyond – again. Thank you!
