Commercial 101- Introductory Course Expectations

In this class taught by Allen Crumbley, we will only cover the basics of commercial real estate. This class does not delve into advanced topics like financial analysis, commercial terminology, or investment strategies. We do have resources for you to continue your commercial education and learn about these advanced topics!

Our goals for this class are:

1. To give you a fundamental understanding of the differences between residential transactions and commercial transactions.
2. Provide a clear path for those who want to explore commercial opportunities.
3. Educate about commercial support services, logos, signs, forms, websites, and commercial policies and procedures.
