SOCi is an automated marketing platform that can generate automatic posts from BHHS National. On your calendar, you will see there are posts in place with captions. You can choose to schedule these so they will be posted, or, you can schedule your own posts using SOCi.
The benefit of using SOCi is having pre-planned content on your social media, so you do not have to post on your own daily. Use SOCi to schedule your content so you can focus on selling real estate.
Pro tip: Choose one day of the week and set a few hours aside. In these hours, schedule your social media content through SOCi for the rest of the week so that you can put it out of mind and stay on top of selling real estate. You can use content in MADI, or create your own.

Step-by-Step for Scheduling the Pre-Planned BHHS National Posts:
1. You will go under Social > Scheduler. This is your planner. The items that are currently showing on the calendar are what BHHS National gives you. It is a photo with a caption that you can automatically turn on and do not have to do anything else!
2. To turn these on and schedule them, click on the post and view details. Here’s what that would look like:
3. Make sure this is the image you want to use with the hashtags. You can change the time and date of the post as well.
4. When you are ready to schedule, you click the ‘Schedule’ button on the right-hand bottom corner.
5. If you do not want the automated post scheduled through SOCi, you can click “discard” and it will remove this from your calendar and will not automatically post.

Step-by-Step for Pre-Scheduling Your Own Posts
1. Click on the date on the calendar that you want to schedule a post.
2.See the photo below for what will pop up. Fill in each line and upload the photo or video that you want to post.
- Choose the platform(s).
- Write your caption in the message box.
- Upload your photo/video under the message box.
- Choose your hashtags.
- Click Schedule
3. Clicking the “Schedule” button will prompt you to type in a date and time that you want your content posted. Or, you can click the “Post Now” button.
This is the most efficient way to make the most of your social media! Worry less about posting on social media everyday but scheduling content out with SOCi.
