Email

By forwarding an email to a special email address for your KvCORE account, the system will “read” the email and copy all the information into a new lead in KvCORE! This email address should be used for almost every lead source, including Realtor.com, Homes.com, Opcity, and other known email sources.

This eliminates the need for you to manually enter the leads you purchased elsewhere. Any new leads you receive an email notification for can be parsed into KvCORE as new leads. Simply setup an email forwarding rule which sends the email to your KvCORE Lead Dropbox email address.

Zillow

You have the ability to connect your Zillow account to KvCORE. so any new leads you’re generating flow directly into your Smart CRM.

Zapier

A Zapier Key can be used to bring leads into KvCORE that you don’t receive an email notification for. A free Zapier account can be created and used as a bridge between your lead generation source and KvCORE.

In order for this to work, the lead source must have a connection to Zapier. While more advanced to set up, it’s actually less complicated than you’d think. This is a good method to use for Facebook ad leads, for example.
