I cannot say enough about how wonderful Kimberly Titus is to work with. I just had a listing in which the Seller lives almost completely in quarantine do to health concerns and fear of exposure to potential illness. We worked together to make sure the Seller was comfortable through the entire transaction. When it came time to close, Kimberly took a Covid test prior and agreed to travel to the Seller’s property where we sat outside at a table and chairs that were sanitized wearing N95 masks so the Seller felt more comfortable than coming into a busy office building. She went above an beyond what is expected and that’s why we love her in our office. I will forever use her for all my closings!
