The Details:
Rachel easily qualifies for all the pillars of BHHSFPG – However, in this instance, I’ll focus on Integrity. While I was away on vacation, a gentleman came into our office because of a postcard that I’d sent him (many postcards were sent.. one in particular caught his attention at the right time). He was ‘almost’ assigned to another agent in our office unknowingly, when Rachel happened to be nearby and heard him mention ‘postcard from Sara LaRock.’ She took control by announcing she was covering for me – which she was – and sprung into action immediately. She visited the home, offered a valuation, even prepared a listing package for them to review.. and really wanted to have it all bundled up ready for me to list upon my return. The client held out though and actually interviewed 2 other agents during the interim. Upon my return, I called them.. and was told ‘We were most impressed with Rachel’s presentation.’ I got my listing package signed the next day. She kept them warm for me until I returned – she thrives on helping and ‘doing’ for others; it’s what makes her tick. I am eternally grateful she’s a cubicle buddy, friend, and Realtor with great Integrity.
