The Details:
Casey started with the company as COO over a year ago and in that time has encompassed all of our core values on a daily basis (including weekends). 🙂 She is always accessible and is a tremendous team player. Casey is everyone’s advocate and cheerleader. She has revamped and integrated our branding throughout every department & office; and has intentional goals for every person in every facet of their environment. Although Casey’s background is not in marketing, you would never know it – she is hands down a marketing (and people) genius! She has streamlined our process and procedure and improved our operations on every level. She is humble, down to earth, level-headed and logical. Casey always looks for the potential in others and how to maximize their best qualities and integrate them best into the company. Casey capitalizes on each person’s innate gifts and has organically grown the sales volume in each of her offices under her territory. Casey does not like the spotlight but 1,000% deserves the recognition for her incredible leadership and EXCELLENCE.
