The Details:
We had the new locks installed at our office and the door was sawed in a way that kept cutting anyone who opened it. She drove all the way to our office (next day bright and early) to sand it down and add some extra things to make it safer! Just had to brag on her fot taking the initiative to fix an issue outside of her regular work.
