The Details:
Mike is the AA in our St Pete office. He goes above and beyond for agents everyday. He cares about them at an individual level often reaching out to them to offer support or just to check in on them. He is a contributor to our office meetings sharing new ideas and better more efficient ways to get things done. He is a joy to work with everyday he brings a positive energy to the office. He makes the office fun and he is just fun to be around. We are a better team with Mike supporting us.

The Details:
Michael Shockley is amazing. I highly recommend him for the ways he helps me with problems that arise almost daily. For instance, I love the way he fixed my signature/picture issues today. It now works fantastically. He deserves more than 5 stars, I suggest to at least doubled it. He is truly an asset.

Just wanted to take a moment to brag on our Service Team! Tiffany and Steven are the absolute best. I have been bugging them this week with lots of service tickets and computer questions, and they are so accommodating and quick to assist. I know that my agents have said many times that our IT department is fantastic, and most of the time they don’t even realize that it’s only 2 people helping all of the staff as well as almost a thousand agents.

The Details:
I called Megan this morning asking if she could help me with a new property owner that Cherie Kelly just brought on board last week. Cherie is away and I wanted the owner to know we are a team and all work together to assist our customers in whatever way needed. Megan jumped on the mission immediately, followed up with me throughout the day and called to let me know the problem is solved! Mission complete in under 8 hours! Megan has proven to be an amazing addition to our team already in the short time she has been with us.

The Details:
Jennifer goes above and beyond for the agents in the office. The decorations and the candy/mints are because she creates a welcoming environment. She helps with creating social media items before the agents even ask, builds booklets for the luxury listings automatically and she creates beautiful flyers for whatever event we are having. We have had a few new agents and she creates all the items they will need to get started prints them and has them ready. Jennifer has even helped agents create their social media pages. She never seems to be too busy that someone cannot ask her for assistance. Jennifer is definitely a team player and is happy to help.
