The Details:
Donnie goes over and beyond to assist every agent within the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel office even when bombarded with tasks from multiple agents. Every time I reach out for assistance, Donnie is quick to respond and if she doesn’t have the answer, she ensures all that she can do to get and respond back to me. She has generously reached out to all agents with suggestions on how to help them alleviate certain tasks that she can do on behalf of them. When sending an email to Donnie after hours, I have to add “Please do not read until…” because I know she was check it prior to the next business day . When entering in the office, she always acknowledges you by name, greet you with smile and ask how you are doing.

I’d like to nominate Tiffany Rice, our Agent Ambassador in the Riverview office. She consistently goes above and beyond to support the team, demonstrating a selfless attitude, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to shared success. Mike is the AA in our St Pete office. He goes above and beyond for agents everyday. He cares about them at an individual level often reaching out to them to offer support or just to check in on them. He is a contributor to our office meetings sharing new ideas and better more efficient ways to get things done. He is a joy to work with everyday he brings a positive energy to the office. He makes the office fun and he is just fun to be around. We are a better team with Mike supporting us.

Michael Shockley is amazing. I highly recommend him for the ways he helps me with problems that arise almost daily. For instance, I love the way he fixed my signature/picture issues today. It now works fantastically. He deserves more than 5 stars, I suggest to at least doubled it. He is truly an asset.
