Rachael ALWAYS goes above and beyond whats expected. She’s there to assist before we even know we need help because she has the foresight and experience to know what we need. She connects on a personal level so we all know she cares about us, in and out of the office. She makes it her business to make sure we’re all taken care of…maybe its her nursing background, maybe its because we call her friend or maybe its just because she really, really cares about our team at Lutz and we love her for it.

Ellie is amazing!!! She goes above and beyond and deserves an award for all 4 categories! From the day she started working, she has been proactive in helping us with anything and everything. Although Ellie is fairly new in her position at our office, she has already become such an asset to our Trinity family. At the front desk, she consistently greets arriving agents and visitors. Her real estate knowledge enhances her position as Agent Ambassador. Ellis takes a genuine interest in each agent and always offers assistance. She is truly a welcomed addition to the Trinity office.

I nominate Ellie because she’s super friendly, a great team player, and always willing to help. She’s passionate about what she does and supports everyone in the office, not just her own team.

One time, I mentioned I had an open house, and she offered to make flyers—even gave me options and printed them! She really knows her stuff. Plus, she brings cookies to the office and always lifts everyone’s mood. We’re lucky to have her!
