Our office simply wouldn’t run the same without Melissa! She is an integral of our team—always professional, kind, patient, and thoughtful in everything she does. Her positive attitude is contagious, and I’m constantly amazed by her ability to juggle so many moving parts while keeping everything running smoothly. Melissa is a star! When you first walk in, she greets you with a smile. She is never too busy for a question, and always goes above and beyond to help. Mike is the AA in our St Pete office. He goes above and beyond for agents everyday. He cares about them at an individual level often reaching out to them to offer support or just to check in on them. He is a contributor to our office meetings sharing new ideas and better more efficient ways to get things done. He is a joy to work with everyday he brings a positive energy to the office. He makes the office fun and he is just fun to be around. We are a better team with Mike supporting us.

Michael Shockley is amazing. I highly recommend him for the ways he helps me with problems that arise almost daily. For instance, I love the way he fixed my signature/picture issues today. It now works fantastically. He deserves more than 5 stars, I suggest to at least doubled it. He is truly an asset.
