Can’t get any better than Stephanie Boulden & Christy Malone with Capstone Title. These ladies make a great team – they focus on the details of every file, are prepared for scheduled closings and are NEVER too busy to assist the customers when needed or offer support to the agents in the office. Stephanie regularly shares her knowledge with everyone in the office by facilitating Title Classes of various topics. Stephanie & Christy are true Professionals and definitely deserve the Excellence award! The New Tampa / Wesley Chapel branch is fortunate to have these ladies!!

Matt really should be nominated for ALL four categories-Teamwork, Integrity, Passion and Excellence. Matt excels as a Manger, Motivator, Boss, Resource and Team Player. I have had many superiors over the vast years of my employment and Matt truly stands out as one of the BEST! He is always there when you need him. Matt recruited me years ago from another company and he is a major factor for me be extremely happy here in my current position.

I just closed my first listing and everyone was so helpful, but also just as important is how our partners support our clients. The homeowner made a point to share with me how impressed he was with Kimberly Titus. He appreciated her knowledge and reiterated how she made him feel comfortable about the closing process. I always tell people that I have been Blessed to have 2 Fairy God-Mothers in my real estate career – Lori Pickens is one of them! From the very start, she has always been a mentor that I could approach and ask any question to without feeling like I’m bothering her. Lori’s answers are woven with a strong fiber of hard-won knowledge that comes from being an active dedicated Realtor for decades. Lori has such a Passion to give back to her community of fellow Realtors! I’m lucky enough to be her cubicle buddy and get to hear how she celebrates every newbie’s first offer and contract with them!! She knows how to ensure they understand the seriousness of the responsibility and combines it with a clear understanding on what to do next! Lori earns her angel wings every day! I don’t know that most newbies understand how lucky they really are to have her mentorship; they will someday – just like I have come to realize what a shining star she really is. We are Blessed to have her on board at the Countryside Office!!

I have always said I’m Blessed to have 2 Fairy God-Mothers in my real estate career – Lorna Short is one of them! Lorna has been teaching a CORE class on Wed. mornings at the Countryside office for a very long-time. It was my beginnings in this class when I initially learned ‘what to say’ and ‘how to say it’ that forged my shield of confidence to take those first few listings. I began to emulate her brazen courage and tenacity (her energy is so infectious!!). I continue to aspire to hone my sales skills to go after the business I want because of her influence. I still don’t have the valor she possesses as I hear her effortlessly pound out her follow up calls to FSBOs and whoever will answer their phone! She’s a true go-getter and shares so freely all the expertise, sales skills, scripts, and polished behaviors that have taken her decades of lessons learned to achieve! Lorna is a rising tide that lifts all the ships around her!

Rachel easily qualifies for all the pillars of BHHSFPG – However, in this instance, I’ll focus on Integrity. While I was away on vacation, a gentleman came into our office because of a postcard that I’d sent him (many postcards were sent.. one in particular caught his attention at the right time). He was ‘almost’ assigned to another agent in our office unknowingly, when Rachel happened to be nearby and heard him mention ‘postcard from Sara LaRock.’ She took control by announcing she was covering for me – which she was – and sprung into action immediately. She visited the home, offered a valuation, even prepared a listing package for them to review.. and really wanted to have it all bundled up ready for me to list upon my return. The client held out though and actually interviewed 2 other agents during the interim. Upon my return, I called them.. and was told ‘We were most impressed with Rachel’s presentation.’ I got my listing package signed the next day. She kept them warm for me until I returned – she thrives on helping and ‘doing’ for others; it’s what makes her tick. I am eternally grateful she’s a cubicle buddy, friend, and Realtor with great Integrity.

Casey started with the company as COO over a year ago and in that time has encompassed all of our core values on a daily basis (including weekends). 🙂 She is always accessible and is a tremendous team player. Casey is everyone’s advocate and cheerleader. She has revamped and integrated our branding throughout every department & office; and has intentional goals for every person in every facet of their environment. Although Casey’s background is not in marketing, you would never know it – she is hands down a marketing (and people) genius! She has streamlined our process and procedure and improved our operations on every level. She is humble, down to earth, level-headed and logical. Casey always looks for the potential in others and how to maximize their best qualities and integrate them best into the company.
