The Details:
Jolie and I were the only ones left in the office on a Friday night. She saw how busy I was and took it upon herself to offer to make my client a cup of tea. I accepted her offer and my client was extremely impressed with our company culture. It might not seem like much to some, but to me and also my client, it meant a lot. She’s a great team player and an amazing agent. I am fortunate to be in the same office with her.

The Details:
Tammi went above and beyond by giving me a tour of Wesley Chapel so that I could get a better understanding of the city and the new home construction inventory for a listing presentation that I had coming up. When I asked for her help she didn’t hesitate at all in setting up a time and spending the whole day showing me around. Unbelievably thankful for being an incredible team player!

We are partnering on a listing together and she is so thorough and professional! She always makes sure that we evenly divide up the responsibilities and is very fair. Rob is a long-time member of the BHHS Family and has played many rolls over the years. In the last couple few years he has been instrumental in building, training and nurturing a strong team in the Get It Right Home Team along with Tammy Hellman and Kim Hilliker. He is the epitome of everything TIPE. Rob is nonstop and is always available to every team member as well as other agents in our office. Be careful when asking him a real estate question because you’re in for more than you bargained for and will definitely walk away with a nugget of knowledge. He is long overdue for this award.

The Details:
Natalie is SO awesome! She planted a seed in the City Manager’s mind to meet with us. Both Trevor and I went with Natalie to meet with the City Manager of Lakeland and our presentation could not have gone better. She did such an excellent job at collaborating to bring us all together. Since our first meeting we have had a second opportunity to share our company Relocation and Moving Services program with the entire HR Department. They have agreed to work with us and are excited to share our services with the employees coming into the City of Lakeland. Thank you Natalie for being such an amazing person. Jessica shifted roles as a full time real estate agent to a full time relocation coordinator about a month and a half ago. Since starting in her new role she has been an excellent team player and demonstrates teamwork consistently in everything she says and does. Jessica caught on very quickly and has been instrumental in changing our number of referrals received, placed effectively/timely, tracked, updated, managed, etc. Jessica plays a vital role to everyone in the department and helps out any way she can ALL of the time. She has an excellent attitude and searches for solutions in order to help make our team better everyday. We are all very grateful for her hard work, team ethic, expertise in real estate and excellent communication. Jessica is truly an asset to the Business Development department and is a great friend to anyone lucky enough to know her.
