Lorna Short – from the Countryside Office is definitely a cheer leader to the new agent group. Every Wednesday at 8:30 she teaches new agents and some not so new agents how to become great agents. Lorna takes it upon herself to provide exceptional support, teaches how to find and keep business. She discerns quickly individual needs of the group and moves efficiently to provide key information, recommendations, or direction. The Details:
I had a client that experienced WiFi issues and she was unable to receive her documents via DotLoop. I was located about 90 minutes from where the client lived and to get to her home with the printed documents would have created a delay in the signing. I called the Port Richey office for assistance and Robin Fish was in the office and offered to help. She printed all the documents for my client, she made her comfortable in the conference room so I could review everything telephonically with her, and she even assisted my client with printing her POF. Robin is the ultimate team-player and I am grateful for her assistance and professionalism. This is why BHHS FLPG will forever be #1!!!

Christy Morgan is a very successful agent and team lead for the Christy Morgan Team at out Valrico office. Christy always finds the time to collaborate and contribute to our Brandon tribe. Not only does Christy impart valuable information to our team, she will always assist an agent in need on a one on one basis. Most recently Christy assisted one of our newer agents on how to increase her business and productivity with pop by tags and has committed on several occasions to teach a class on this activity so our entire team can benefit. Raquel joined the Brandon office just a few short months ago and has jumped right in as if she has been here for years. My customer was sitting in a lawyers office and needed documents right away. I called Christy, who answered right away, and she got the required documents to them ASAP. I have a great Team of Property Managers. I wish I could nominate each and everyone of them for a variety of reasons however, my nominee this time is Fonda. The extreme patience, understanding and effort she displayed trying to please a new tenant was truly “grace under fire”. This situation was all kinds of difficult. Yet Fonda owned her part of the issue and really stepped forward to do the right thing. I believe she went above and beyond to help make this tenant comfortable. Fonda is always the first to offer help, gracious in her words and willing to learn and grow from every experience. I was so proud of the way she handled herself and I want her to know her efforts been noticed and appreciated. Well Done Fonda. I am so happy you are part of my Team!

Monica Smith is the Market President for the Brandon office. Over the past few months I’ve worked closely with her throughout the negotiation process for my Buyers. She is a wealth of knowledge and she always makes the time to pour every bit of her experience into her team. She’s forever accessible and she always returns her calls with enthusiasm, encouragement, clear direction, and a smile. Claribel Jimenez is a newer agent to the Brandon office. I met her during one of the branch online meetings as well as we were enrolled in one of the certification programs together. We connected offline and after one conversation I immediately recognized that she was the ultimate team player. She provided guidance on every online tool through Cab Corner and the MLS as well as she always made herself available to walk me through different ways to achieve the same goal. We’ve also teamed up with another agent (Vi King) that lives in the same hometown and we’ve informally dubbed ourselves as Team Riverview. We pooled together and shared in the cost of lead generation programs, we’ve conducted a new home owners workshop, and most recently we created a support group to encourage each other to push through those “10 calls” per day. Claribel is a joy to work with and she’s definitely the cheerleader of Team Riverview.

Vi King is a newer agent to the Brandon office. I met her during an online certification program that we were both enrolled in. Once I heard she lived in Riverview and the same development as me, I knew it would be great for us to meet and discuss ideas as new agents. Vi is dedicated and determined to provide the highest level of service to her Clients. We brainstormed on a few ideas and immediately we recognized that we could team up to help each other while starting this new venture during a pandemic. We’ve also teamed up with another agent (Claribel Jimenez) that lives in the same hometown and we’ve informally dubbed ourselves as Team Riverview.
