The Details:
I am nominating Dawn Dell as not only as a mentor but she has the class, tact and the most integrity I have seen displayed in the business of real estate. She works with you every step of the way to get to the closing table with integrity and solutions to protect both the sellers and buyers, even if it’s out of her own pocket. I strive to learn everything I possibly can from her. Not only is it an honor to work with her, but to also call her my friend.

The Details:
Taylor has always been extremely helpful and kind, and although I am based in the Countryside office, I frequently work in the Belleair area and pop into that office to print and use the space. Last week I was working with clients buying a home in the Clearwater, Palm Harbor and Oldsmar area. About two hours before our showings, they changed criteria and wanted to see homes in Largo and Seminole. I live closer to the Belleair office and contacted Taylor to let her know that I would be stopping in to print showing materials and that I was on a tight schedule – she offered to have me email her what I needed so that she could print and have it waiting for me! This may seem like a small gesture but it was truly an act of teamwork and kindness because had she not offered to do this, I would have been late to my appointments. While it was the client’s change of agenda that prompted these events, Taylor helped me to provide seamless, excellent customer service and she allowed me to focus on selling homes and get us under contract that day! Our office administrators are the BEST and should be recognized every day but I wanted to acknowledge Taylor for going above and beyond – again. Thank you!

Marilyn is an amazing broker! She is very knowledgeable, caring and is available almost anytime we need her. If you have a question, she either has the answer or will get it. The Details:
Finding one category to put Jessica in was not easy. She fits the mold of every category for this award but if I had to choose one, I would say Jessica’s integrity stands out the most. If you have the opportunity work with her you would know what I am talking about. She is very tentative and works great collectively with others. When seeking information or answers on an issue, Jessica is always there to go above and beyond to ensure everything is fully understood.

Since I have signed on with BHHSFLPG, each and every interaction with Jessica has been nothing but enjoyable. Whether it’s over the phone, email or text, you can tell Jessica wants to do her job to the best of her ability while also making everyone around her successful. Jessica always seems to have the answers, but when she doesn’t she will work hard to find the answer and always get back to you.

Jessica is always focused on the situation that is being discussed and is excellent at resolving issues. When dealing with Jessica you will never feel rushed or as if she is too busy to help. She is always willing to spend the extra time when guiding someone through an issue. When she says she will get back to you, she keeps that promise. Jessica always has something encouraging and positive to say during a discussion and task. Jessicas’s integrity allows her to thrive in her position and it is very evident that her success directly translates to her coworkers success.

Sara is the embodiment of Integrity, hardwork, dedication and teamwork! Look up Integrity and you will see her face! Melissa and I met almost a year ago when she joined the team I was on at that time. We became fast friends and one of the first things I noticed about her was her passion! You have to literally pull her away from real estate and make her take a break because she is constantly looking for homes for her buyers! We both moved to BHHS together and her passion has become even more visible. This gal will work 7 days a week and not give up! I am very proud to not only call her friend but to have her on our team!

Lorna Short – from the Countryside Office is definitely a cheer leader to the new agent group. Every Wednesday at 8:30 she teaches new agents and some not so new agents how to become great agents. Lorna takes it upon herself to provide exceptional support, teaches how to find and keep business. She discerns quickly individual needs of the group and moves efficiently to provide key information, recommendations, or direction. Lorna is a go getter with outstanding sales techniques to help us win business while always talking care of the customer and aligning our CORE values. She lays out the roadmap for success. The Details:
I had a client that experienced WiFi issues and she was unable to receive her documents via DotLoop. I was located about 90 minutes from where the client lived and to get to her home with the printed documents would have created a delay in the signing. I called the Port Richey office for assistance and Robin Fish was in the office and offered to help. She printed all the documents for my client, she made her comfortable in the conference room so I could review everything telephonically with her, and she even assisted my client with printing her POF. Robin is the ultimate team-player and I am grateful for her assistance and professionalism. This is why BHHS FLPG will forever be #1!!!

Christy Morgan is a very successful agent and team lead for the Christy Morgan Team at out Valrico office. Christy always finds the time to collaborate and contribute to our Brandon tribe. Not only does Christy impart valuable information to our team, she will always assist an agent in need on a one on one basis. Most recently Christy assisted one of our newer agents on how to increase her business and productivity with pop by tags and has committed on several occasions to teach a class on this activity so our entire team can benefit. I have a great Team of Property Managers. I wish I could nominate each and everyone of them for a variety of reasons however, my nominee this time is Fonda. The extreme patience, understanding and effort she displayed trying to please a new tenant was truly “grace under fire”. This situation was all kinds of difficult. Yet Fonda owned her part of the issue and really stepped forward to do the right thing. I believe she went above and beyond to help make this tenant comfortable. Fonda is always the first to offer help, gracious in her words and willing to learn and grow from every experience. I was so proud of the way she handled herself and I want her to know her efforts been noticed and appreciated. Well Done Fonda. I am so happy you are part of my Team!
