What can I say. The Port Richie office has a number of people worthy of nomination in this category BUT Lydia has been instrumental for me “learning the ropes”. As a new agent I marvel at not only her knowledge but also her integrity. It’s been a dream working with her on my first deal and I recognize her as excellent, thus the nomination.

Tryron is the definition of a team player. We had an agent who needed help with an electronic key box an hour before showing time and Tryron ran over to help and stayed with that agent during the showing! It was a Friday at 2 pm! Tryron values working as a team and says “he knows he its like to be in her position”. He loves that BHHS breaths family and that’s what family would do-says Tryron!

Melissa always goes above and beyond in her quiet, get it done, way. She anticipates what needs to be done, communicates as needed to insure the office is running smoothly. The Details:
Meredith brings a lot of fun and joy to the Trinity Office. She is always coming up with activities for team building to bring the agents together in our office. Meredith is also always accessible with any questions/concerns we may have. If she doesn’t have the answer, she will find it. She does it without hesitation and is always eager to learn how she can best assist the agents. I also want to mention she gives us “tips for the week” to teach or remind us of all the marketing tools we have access to. Meredith is a true asset to our office in Trinity and we truly enjoy working with her.

Sharon goes above and beyond to make sure every closing goes smoothly.
She’s an asset to every transaction she handles while juggling a lot. Recently
she went into an ALF with me to notarize documents for a resident who had
moved from her home and sold it. The client was very appreciative and said
she had fun with us. Sharon made the transaction happen on time and cheered
up the client. Great Job!
