Christina represents everything that is great in a company like Berkshire Hathaway. She’s passionate about her job. She exemplarities integrity. The quality of her work is always above excellent. However, the category that she most stands out for is teamwork. Christina always works hard to stand for her team and support them. She is never too busy to help even if that means she needs to stay late to get her own work done. I would like to nominate my broker Diane Howard for teamwork because whenever I need help or have a question she is there in a heartbeat. She continues to check up on me to make sure if I need any additional help or assistance with my deals. When we work together I feel like there is no superior or inferior but instead we work as a team effort. She guides me in the right path and is always willing to go up and beyond to assist me in anyway possible.

Vicki is truly a pleasure to work with and exemplifies all aspects of T.I.P.E. The first time you meet her, she will make a lasting impression. She is passionate in everything she does. When she was our receptionist, she truly was a professional. She took charge and became such a treasured member of our team. Now she is back after retirement and continues to do an amazing job.

The Details:
Jackie has shown the true-meaning of teamwork. With the transition from Guru back to BrokerWolf, Jackie has been working long hours including weekends to ensure the integrity of our financial data that flows from the real estate software into our monthly financial statements. She has been going above and beyond her normal responsibilities to help the company as a whole by keeping closings up to date and working in two systems (double her normal work). Jackie processes approximately 95% of all the closings in the Real Estate Accounting department. Of course the entire team has worked great together in this transition. Jackie, in my eyes, has been a shining star keeping closings organized between both systems, etc.

What can I say. The Port Richie office has a number of people worthy of nomination in this category BUT Lydia has been instrumental for me “learning the ropes”. The Details:
Tony graciously assisted me by showing one of my clients property in which they were interested while I was out of town just after joining Berkshire Hathaway. He went out of his way to assist in dealing with client. Tony also assisted me with an open house for that same client when upon my return. The configuration of the property necessitated the presence of more than one agent to facilitate traffic in and out, and ensure my client’s peace of mind. He has truly gone out of his way to make me feel welcome and part of the Berkshire Hathaway Team!
