The Details:
Marlana, with Capstone Title, processed the closing of my personal residence. I was impressed with her professionalism, timely communication, and pleasant smile. Marlana was very accommodating to the needs of both buyers and sellers. This experience was one that I will repeat in the future. Kudos to you Marlana!

The Details:
I would like to nominate Charmaine for helping walk me through my first few deals and listing. She has been a wealth of information and has spent more time answering questions than working on her own deals. She has been a true team player by spending extra time working me through any of the processes I had questions about even if it meant staying late or answering a question on the weekend. She has cheered me on with my recent successes and it has been a pleasure working with her. It is co workers like this that make Berkshire a great company. Most experienced agents or managers are eager to give there time to help a new agent and help make them a success. I’m grateful to have a great team of people in the NE St Pete office.

Vicki is truly a pleasure to work with and exemplifies all aspects of T.I.P.E. The first time you meet her, she will make a lasting impression. She is passionate in everything she does. When she was our receptionist, she truly was a professional. She took charge and became such a treasured member of our team. Now she is back after retirement and continues to do an amazing job.

I would like to nominate my broker Diane Howard for teamwork because whenever I need help or have a question she is there in a heartbeat. Christina represents everything that is great in a company like Berkshire Hathaway. She’s passionate about her job. She exemplarities integrity. The quality of her work is always above excellent. However, the category that she most stands out for is teamwork. Christina always works hard to stand for her team and support them. She is never too busy to help even if that means she needs to stay late to get her own work done.
