It’s hard to describe how lucky I am to have met and joined forces with an amazing person and professional. He’s constantly being complimented for the things that others observe him doing well (like amazing attention to detail in paperwork), but also goes under the radar over and over again, going above and beyond to do things like planting bushes to add curb appeal to a house and ordering items from Amazon to fix something at a house, all without being asked. We first formed a friendship when I’d call to bug him about contract questions, and he was always there to answer and explain, and is an amazing teacher! He’s patient, kind, genuine, honest, and pretty funny, too! Thanks for being a great friend and mentor, and I’m so honored to be having fun doing real estate with you!

Teri is the definition of a team player! She’s always willing and ready to land a helping hand to our agents, and staff. Also, she always has a smile on her face – a kind of welcoming smile that says “hi, how may I help you”.

The Details:
Marlana, with Capstone Title, processed the closing of my personal residence. I was impressed with her professionalism, timely communication, and pleasant smile.
