I am nominating Nicole because she makes our office go round. I am grateful for her attentiveness, her willingness to help, how she will even come into the office on days off to ensure checks are being deposited amongst other things. I have appreciated Erica Serrano since she came to Trinity – she has been full of energy, edge and execution and rapidly became a highly valued member of the tribe. Today however, she went above and beyond; she conducted email triage for me and my fellow techno-challenged agents and got us back up and running in no time; her I/T skill set and calm demeanor were just what we needed.  We’ve had fantastic Agent Ambassadors in my short time at Trinity but Erica is rapidly approaching GOAT status!
