Connie is always so very pleasant!! She congratulates you for a perfect loop or gives you that gentle nudge to correct something!! She keeps everyone in line but in a soft way. I call them love notes. We appreciate her and the way she does her job. Compliance is not an easy job but she does it with so much patience!! Erica is by far the easiest person to work with. She is knowledgeable in all aspects off the office, onboarding, systems and knows who to contact when she is unsure.
