The Details:
While I was in the hospital for almost a month, Chuck stepped up and helped me get 2 new properties that I waiting to list on the market (Including driving to Land )
O Lakes for one!), went on 2 new listing opportunities that he is taking lead on, met my #1 client to see a home he was interested in, and went to a few walk throughs for me. Chuck is the epitome of a team player and just an all-around excellent person!

The Details:
Melissa always goes above and beyond as her role as Agent Ambassador to ensure that she is helping all of us be successful together! She provided IMMENSE help to me today getting my printer driver set up!! My business partner/mother just had a major surgery and I forget about the new printer setup and transition. I hardly slept and was running tight on time to get to an important seller consultation for a distant family member. Melissa sent me the direct link that I couldn’t locate in email and when I had difficulty, brought her computer and walked me through setup – which had a few hiccups that she guided me through. I could NOT have made it today without her help and she frequently does these types of things, with a lovely smile and calm demeanor to help each and every one of us accomplish our work. Melissa is such a blessing to work with and I am grateful for her commitment to teamwork and excellence!

Dana goes above and beyond to help! She had a busy weekend herself, but made it a point to be able to help me with a client while I was out of town. She took the time to do a showing for me and make a connection with the listing agent, helping me to get my clients under contract. The Details:
I cannot say enough about how wonderful Kimberly Titus is to work with. I just had a listing in which the Seller lives almost completely in quarantine do to health concerns and fear of exposure to potential illness. We worked together to make sure the Seller was comfortable through the entire transaction. When it came time to close, Kimberly took a Covid test prior and agreed to travel to the Seller’s property where we sat outside at a table and chairs that were sanitized wearing N95 masks so the Seller felt more comfortable than coming into a busy office building. She went above an beyond what is expected and that’s why we love her in our office. I will forever use her for all my closings!
