Why?:
I am nominating Kelley Washington in the category of Teamwork. Kelley is newer to Real Estate, but she has jumped in with both feet. She always works at the office, and attends meetings, trainings and Broker’s Opens. She is hugely supportive of other agents. She volunteers to work Open Houses, which she does whole heartedly with door-knocking, signage, balloons, snacks, giveaways, etc. If she’s not working an Open House, she will show up at yours to help drive traffic. She is gracious to other new agents — helping them get involved and making them feel welcome. It is a pleasure to work with Kelley!

Why?:
Ellie is all of the categories but since I could only pick one, I choose passion. Her efforts and dedication are like no other. She goes above and beyond daily to help everyone in the office. Her positivity and kindness are effortless! She truly is a gem and huge asset to Berkshire, Capstone and anyone she comes in contact with. It never goes unnoticed and I feel she should be recognized! I bet most if not everyone in Trinity would agree!

Kathy is always willing to work with and support others and loves to go the extra mile. I checked in with her recently to ask if I could borrow an item for an event, and before I knew it, the item was at my front door. Kathy is a forward thinker and just reached out to me offering to cover anything I need during the time I am out of town. Kathy is a born leader and has made Dade City a much better place thru her service and caring. She is rock solid, and it is my honor to call her friend.
