Larry is here every single day from morning and often leaves after the rest of us have already left. He has been dealing with a client who is going into short sale and has yet to be discouraged, he just keeps moving forward. He is the biggest cheerleader we have, the biggest team player and he supports agents and staff all the time. He’s always watching trainings and participating in online ways to better himself and his business. He is the embodiment of excellence.

Tiffany Steck is one of the most supporting people I know here at the office. She does everything in her power to achieve her goals as well as her buyers/sellers. She is also a office favorite! She is always the first person I or other agents go to when we have a question. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is very passionate about being a Realtor!

Why?:
Donna definitely checks all the boxes for Teamwork, Integrity, Passion and Excellence! Since I had to choose one, I chose Excellence because she truly does exude excellence in all her work here at BHHS. She is so dedicated to getting the best for her clients, listening to them, and putting so much into her relationships with both her clients and her fellow agents and staff at BHHS. She is often at the office either working on her own business, or helping guide and motivate other agents towards success. Not only does she show that she cares, but she gets results!

Why?:
I am nominating Beth Burnette for a T.I.P.E. Award because she truly radiates positivity and integrity. It was difficult to place her into just one category, as she exemplifies all of them. Beth brings passion to her work, consistently going above and beyond for her clients, and her impact doesn’t stop there. She carries her excellence and deep knowledge of the real estate industry back to the office, where she supports others by offering guidance, advice, and coaching whenever it’s needed. Her passion for what she does is evident in every interaction. Beth takes great pride in supporting her agents, coworkers, family, friends, and broker, and she builds strong, genuine relationships with everyone around her. She is truly a joy to be around. I can’t think of anyone more deserving of this award. As I settled in as a new admin, Beth made the transition seamless and welcoming, even while being relatively new to the company herself. She gave me such a warm and memorable first day, one I’ll never forget. When you think of integrity, think of Beth. She not only understands it, she lives it every single day.

A huge thank you to Tiffany and Steven from our Service Desk team for their consistent support and outstanding service! They are always responsive and incredibly helpful when assisting with technology questions related to our tools and services. During FAU classes, I’ve had to reach out in real time to resolve tech issues for new agents, and they step in quickly so training can continue seamlessly or agents can be supported one-on-one. In addition, they proactively keep us informed about email scams and unusual requests, helping us stay alert and protected. Thank you both for your hard work, dedication, and ongoing efforts that allow us to confidently navigate technology and support our agents every day.

I am nominating Kelley Washington in the category of Teamwork. Kelley is newer to Real Estate, but she has jumped in with both feet. She always works at the office, and attends meetings, trainings and Broker’s Opens. She is hugely supportive of other agents. She volunteers to work Open Houses, which she does whole heartedly with door-knocking, signage, balloons, snacks, giveaways, etc. If she’s not working an Open House, she will show up at yours to help drive traffic. She is gracious to other new agents — helping them get involved and making them feel welcome. It is a pleasure to work with Kelley!

Ellie is all of the categories but since I could only pick one, I choose passion. Her efforts and dedication are like no other. She goes above and beyond daily to help everyone in the office.
