Where Do I Login?
We’ve set up a single-sign-on login for you, so there’s no new login and password login for you to remember. Nice, huh? As long as you’re logged into your company-provided MS Office365 account in your web browser, you’ll be automatically logged in to Forever Concierge. If you’re not already logged in, you’ll be prompted to enter your company-provided email address and password.
To login, you’ll head over to Cab Corner and click the Forever Concierge button. We’ve added the buttons to ‘Buyers’, ‘Sellers’, and ‘Other Websites’ so it’s easy to find! The links will be available starting 2/7/25.
How Does It Work?
When a new Pending transaction is added to our accounting system, BrokerWolf, the invitation process to Forever Concierge begins. You will receive an email congratulating you on your successful transaction. Approximately 48 hours later, your client will have access to their personal concierge team and the Forever Concierge platform to help them with all their moving and home management needs.

How to Use Your Personalized Forever Concierge Website
Forever Concierge is a great tool you can use in many different ways. One of those is to get new leads! Every agent using Forever Concierge has their own branded URL which they can share to anyone in their sphere of influence but can also be used to generate leads.
Updating Your Agent Profile
Forever Concierge is a great way to stay in flow with your sphere of influence at any point in their homeownership journey. Each of the dashboards are branded to you as the agent, with your name, your headshot and your phone number.

Send Moving Dashboard Invitations to Your Clients
Even though we’ve automated the client invite process for you, there may be a time when you want to manually send your client an invite. Here’s how.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will I be notified before you contact my client?
You will receive an email 48 hours before your client is invited. This email is triggered once the transaction is marked under contract or pending.
Q: How is my client invited to Forever Concierge?
Your client can receive an invite two ways; the automated option is triggered once a new pending (a.k.a under contract) transaction is added to our accounting system. Records are synced once daily, and are processed overnight while we’re all {hopefully} sleeping. You can also manually invite a client from the agent dashboard.
Q: Who will the email come from that is sent to my client?
Q: My client did not receive the welcome email, why not?
Make sure your client’s email has been correctly added to the ‘People’ section of your loop in Dotloop. Their information will be automatically transferred to our accounting system, BrokerWolf, by our Compliance Coordinators. Once added to BrokerWolf, the invite will be triggered. If your customer’s email is missing from Dotloop, an invite will not be sent. If they don’t receive the message, you can always resend the invite through your Forever Concierge dashboard.
Q: Can I use this as a lead generation tool?
Q: What if I don't want invites automatically sent?
No problem! You can turn off the automation within your personal account settings, but still take advantage of this fantastic tool by sending invitations manually from your Forever Concierge dashboard. Login and then go to Accounts > Account Settings > and toggle off ‘Automated Client Invitations’
